Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Please note that returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Selected health and personal care products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Speak with your bank, since refunds can sometimes take several business days to appear.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
